Eight young women from Forest Hills Northern High School were nominated and selected to join Patty Sellner, Athletic Trainer, and Stephanie Hare, Athletic Supervisor, at the Women in Sports Leadership Conference held in Lansing this month. The MHSAA puts on this conference every other year and showcases speakers from all over the country. Highlights of the weekend were meeting Suzie Merchant, MSU Head Women’s Basketball Coach and listening to Kathy DeBoer, former Volleyball Coach at Kentucky.
Congratulations to Amy Larson, Hanna Sprague, Marissa Saldivia, Ashlee Moran, Claudia Vredeveld, Katie Hollemans, Emily Kozal and Lindsay Jenks for being selected to attend this conference.
